  9.  L   select and List file library.  optional ( L lib# or lib# )
  10.       "List 7" lists ALL files in Library 7, "7" lists NEW files only.
  11.  M   go to the Message conferences menu.
  12.  N   short form list of all New (un-browsed) files.
  13.  O   information about the Other users of this system.
  14.  P   Post (write) public messages.
  15.  R   Read public messages.
  16.  S   MAIN: Search through the userlist.
  17.  S    MSG: Search first 10 lines of all public messages.
  18.  S   FILE: Search file descriptions.
  19.  T   Transfer protocol menu.

  27.  $   toggles between 3 small menus or one large menu.
